I have never done yoga before Sam's classes and have found them nothing but encouraging and supportive. I feel the pace and difficulty of the class is perfect and I always feel so much better. I would highly recommend Sam to any of my friends and family interested in yoga.
Sam is an amazing yoga teacher. I didn't think it would be for me, however after trying it once I am hooked and will never look back. Any men who play sports and feel they are not flexible, I would recommend trying yoga out with Sam, I'm feeling more flexible every day.
Sam's classes are a wonderful reminder to be kind and gentle to ourselves. Sam is warm and welcoming and her classes are perfect for a complete beginner or an advanced yogi. They are a breath of hopeful fresh air during these claustrophobic times.
I love my yoga sessions with Sam. Her instructions are very easy to follow and she gives scope for different levels of ability. After just a few weeks I feel more flexible and very proud of what I can achieve.
In yoga classes, Sam encourages you to listen to your body and really take notice of what your body needs that day. Her classes are accessible to everyone, no matter what age, size or gender - her classes are a safe space for everyone.
I'm a complete convert to Yoga thanks to Sam. Her love and skill for yoga shines through every move. Since her classes, I have more strength and flexibilty, which at 55 I'm thrilled about!.....a truly amazing teacher.
