Summer Retreat in Sweden

~ NEW DATE ADDED ~
Thursday 30th May – Monday 3rd June 2024
5-day / 4-night retreat at the beautiful Narumi Retreat Centre in Sweden

This immersive retreat is a chance to express, explore, learn, share, play and create, as well as spend time in the beauty and silence of nature.

The retreat is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, away from all the noise and distractions of daily life. Nourish your body with healthy food, yoga and time in nature, and allow your mind to gravitate back towards its natural, effortless and peaceful state.

Narumi Retreat Centre

The retreat takes place at the beautiful Narumi Retreat Centre, in the forest of northern Uppland in Sweden. The centre consists of a lush garden, a purpose-built yoga studio, a cosy timber guest house, and an outdoor spa area – all surrounded by nature and forest.

There are a few different types of accommodation available at the centre. The mezzanine loft in the main studio includes 4 beds, with 2 additional bedrooms for 2 and 3 people. In the nearby guesthouse, there are 5 beds arranged on the second floor sleeping area.

The Itinerary

This retreat is designed to give you just the right mixture of guided practices and space for your own exploration. We will nourish mind, body and spirit through practices of yoga, qigong, non-dual meditation and breathwork, with free time each day for reflection, exploration and connection. Evenings are spent around the campfire or in the hot-tub under the stars.
