Itinerary for 2024 Summer Retreat in Sweden
5-day / 4-night retreat at the beautiful Narumi Retreat Centre in Sweden

This immersive retreat is a chance to express, explore, learn, share, play and create, as well as spend time in the beauty and silence of nature.

The retreat is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, away from all the noise and distractions of daily life. Nourish your body with healthy food, yoga and time in nature, and allow your mind to gravitate back towards its natural, effortless and peaceful state.

Narumi Retreat Centre

The retreat takes place at the beautiful Narumi Retreat Centre, in the forest of northern Uppland in Sweden. The centre consists of a lush garden, a purpose-built yoga studio, a cosy timber guest house, and an outdoor spa area – all surrounded by nature and forest.

There are a few different types of accommodation available at the centre. The main studio has a mezzanine with 4 beds in a cosy roof space; downstairs, adjoining to the studio, are 2 bedrooms for 2 and 3 people. In the nearby guesthouse, there are 5 beds arranged on the second floor for sleeping. If you wish to, camping outside is also an option.

The Itinerary

This retreat’s design provides a mixture of guided practices and space for your own contemplation, exploration and transformation. We will exercise the mind, body and soul through the practices of yoga, qigong, and non-dual meditation. In addition, there will be other supportive practices available to you, such as reiki, sound immersion, breathwork and mantra.
