Summer Retreat in Sweden
Thursday 12th June – Monday 16th June 2025
5-day / 4-night retreat at the beautiful Narumi Retreat Centre in Sweden
This immersive retreat is a chance to express, explore, learn, share, play and create, as well as spend time in the beauty and silence of nature.
The retreat is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, away from all the noise and distractions of daily life. Nourish your body with healthy food, yoga and time in nature, and allow your mind to gravitate back towards its natural, effortless and peaceful state.
Narumi Retreat Centre
The retreat takes place at the beautiful Narumi Retreat Centre, in the forest of northern Uppland in Sweden. The centre consists of a lush garden, a purpose-built yoga studio, a cosy timber guest house, and an outdoor spa area – all surrounded by nature and forest.
There are a few different types of accommodation. The main studio has a mezzanine with 4 beds in a cosy roof space; downstairs, adjoining to the studio, are two further rooms; a cosy single room and larger triple. There is also a rustic barn conversion with upstairs sleeping accommodation and new for 2025, a glamping tent for two people.
The Itinerary
This immersive retreat is designed to give you just the right mixture of guided practices and space for your own exploration. We will nourish mind, body and spirit through practices of yoga, qigong, non-dual meditation and breathwork, with free time each day for reflection, exploration and connection. Evenings are spent around the campfire or with connecting through sound via a relaxing sound bath or joining our voices in chanting.

Teachers
Sam Alexander-Vasey
Sam is the founder of Sanotsha Rose and is a yoga teacher, yoga therapist and wellness educator. Her teaching is based on curiosity, exploration and playfulness. She believes that yoga, qigong and meditation are wonderful ways to connect with our innate wisdom and inherent peacefulness. As such, she guides students to explore their bodies, minds and breath in the way that works for them, focusing more on their inner experience, and cultivating a sense of curiosity and openness.
Kris Dudley
Kris has been interested in health, mind and the nature of reality from a young age. As an adult, he was drawn to meditation and yoga, later finding qigong. He has continued to train in the methodology of qigong, learning from a variety of teachers, deciding to teach and share these practices with others. Kris is also a reiki master practitioner. Beyond this, he continues to learn from and assimilate a variety of traditions and points of view, making his life the practice.
Navid Zargham
Navid is the founder of Simran Meditation and Narumi Retreat Centre and has been leading retreats for more than 5 years. He teaches non-duality and meditation weekly at a Ayäm Studio in Stockholm as well as online through Insight timer. Navid has a genuine interest in the vaster and deeper dimensions of life which our current society tend to ignore or even dismiss. He has travelled extensively and has passionately explored the various cultures in their approach towards health and happiness.
