Yorkshire Retreat Weekend

Friday 28th February – Sunday 2nd March 2025
3-day / 2-night retreat at the beautiful Parcevall Hall and Gardens, Yorkshire

This immersive retreat is a chance to express, explore, learn, share, play and create, as well as spend time in the beauty and silence of nature.

The retreat is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, away from all the noise and distractions of daily life. Nourish your body with healthy food, yoga and time in nature, and allow your mind to gravitate back towards its natural, effortless and peaceful state.

Narumi Retreat Centre

The retreat takes place at the beautiful Narumi Retreat Centre, in the forest of northern Uppland in Sweden. The centre consists of a lush garden, a purpose-built yoga studio, a cosy timber guest house, and an outdoor spa area – all surrounded by nature and forest.

There are a few different types of accommodation available at the centre. The main studio has a mezzanine with 4 beds in a cosy roof space; downstairs, adjoining to the studio, are two further rooms; a cosy single room and larger triple. There is also a rustic barn conversion with upstairs sleeping accommodation and new for 2025, a glamping tent for two people.

The Itinerary

This retreat’s design provides a mixture of guided practices and space for your own contemplation, exploration and transformation. We will exercise the mind, body and soul through the practices of yoga, qigong, and non-dual meditation. In addition, there will be other supportive practices available to you, such as reiki, sound immersion, breathwork and mantra.
