This beautiful flowing yoga class is the perfect end to your Tuesday, aiming to let go of the stresses of the day and relax and unwind before bed.

The class has been specifically designed to help you connect with yourself, calm your mind and replenish your body. Beginning with powerful breath techniques for calming and grounding, we then move into Hatha Yoga based flowing sequence that will help you stretch, strengthen and balance your physical body. Alongside the physical movements, we will also explore how yoga concepts can support us both on and off the mat, learning techniques and ideas that can create more peace and space in our lives.

This is a class for all abilities and everyone from experienced yogis to complete beginners are welcome. Full instruction is given for all postures and more advanced versions are available for those wanting to go deeper. The only requirement is an open mind and a curious spirit to explore how the ancient practice of yoga can support you to flourish in the modern world.

All classes are donation-based, which means they are free to attend and if you get value and can afford to give something for the class, I have set up a donations page. All donations are going to Yorkshire Yoga, an amazing charity with a mission to make yoga inclusive and accessible for all. Like all yoga studios, it is currently closed and unable to run the paid-for classes that fund the charitable activities. Throughout lockdown, I am running donation-based classes to raise money for Yorkshire Yoga so it can continue providing the benefits of yoga to the whole community. You can donate here.
